Company performs feasibility studies on new plastics plant

OTIS participates as a managing consultant on the Ajaokuta Steel Plant, the largest in West Africa.

O.T OTIS Engineering is incorporated to replace Otis Consult and consolidate core focus on engineering

OTIS serves as consultant on rehabilitation of 2 power plants. Combined capacity of 1500MW.

OTIS serves as owner’s engineer on the construction of a new 250MW power plant, together with Lahmeyer International (Now Tractebel Engineering GMBH).

OTIS, together with Tractebel GMBH, is appointed as Design & Managing consultant on the construction of 7 power plant, a presidential intervention program.

OTIS is Program Manager of the largest power program in all of Africa. The National Integrated Power Project with 10 power stations, 110 transmission projects, and 260 distribution projects.

OTIS enters renewable energy as project manager on the Katsina Windfarm.

OTIS is appointed national program manager of a vice presidential initiative to distribute Solar Home Systems across Nigeria.

OTIS is appointed as owner’s engineer in a consortium including Tractebel Engineering and 4 other companies on a tasnmission line project traversing 5 West African countries.
